RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Killer Bee Clothing we want our customers to have the best online shopping experience and we understand that when purchasing online you are un-able to

try the garment on prior to purchasing. 

 

If you change your mind or need a different size, you can return goods within

7 days of receiving the item for an exchange of size, style or colour subject to availability.

All items must be returned with:                                                                        

                            * Tags still attached 

                            * Item is un-worn & un-washed 

                                                     

The customer is responsible for ALL costs of returning goods to us. 

 

Killer Bee Clothing customers may be entitled to a store credit, replacement or refund if there is any major damage or failure to an item. Killer Bee Clothing has full right to assess all items before determining this outcome.

POSTAGE 

 

Postage is FREE for all orders $100 and over within Australia.

 

For all orders under $100, a flat rate of $10 postage will apply.

 

Dispatch of purchase will be 1-5 business days via Australia Post Australia wide and will take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
